Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and consistent — exactly how we handle refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.

We believe in being upfront about money. Below is exactly how we handle refunds, cancellations, and billing across every product and program offered by Uplifted Abilities, LLC dba WM NEMT Startup Coach. Please read carefully before purchasing — we want clear expectations going in. If you have questions, email us at [email protected] before you buy.

1. Free Resources

The NEMT Starter Brief and other free downloads are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund. You may unsubscribe from related email follow-ups at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

2. Digital Products, Courses, Masterclasses & One-Time Trainings

This section applies to all one-time digital purchases — present and future — including but not limited to: The NEMT Startup Guide ($33 digital download), self-paced online courses, masterclasses, workshops delivered as recordings, downloadable templates and workbooks, audio and video trainings, ebooks, and any other digital product, course, or training we may offer from time to time. This section applies whether the content is delivered via direct download, hosted in a member vault, accessed through a course platform, sent by email, or made available by any other means.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once payment has been collected, it has been collected, and the purchase is non-refundable, non-cancelable, and not subject to chargeback or setoff.

By completing checkout for any digital product, course, masterclass, or training, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is delivered as a digital good and is available to access, view, or download immediately or within a short delivery window after purchase.
  • "Lifetime access" or other extended-access offerings do not entitle you to a refund. Lifetime or extended access is the value being delivered, and it is provided to you in full at the time of purchase.
  • You are waiving any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
  • You have read and accepted this Refund Policy and our Terms of Use before completing your purchase.
  • You are responsible for confirming the suitability of the product for your business and goals before purchasing — product descriptions, previews, sample lessons, and a clear cart page are provided so you can make that decision.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased, email [email protected] within seven (7) days of purchase and we will work in good faith to restore your access. Technical access issues will be resolved, not refunded.

3. The NEMT Academy — $37/Month Membership

The NEMT Academy is a recurring monthly membership.

  • Cancel anytime. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which you will not be charged again.
  • No prorated refunds. We do not refund partial months. You'll retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • How to cancel: Use the cancellation link in your account or email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, your access may be paused until payment is restored.

4. Coaching Programs — Build It Right Intensive, Coaching Blueprint, NEMT Solutions, Empire Builder

Enrollment in any coaching program — Build It Right Intensive, Coaching Blueprint, NEMT Solutions, or Empire Builder — requires a separately signed service agreement that governs the specific terms of your engagement. The signed service agreement controls. The summary below reflects our standard policy across all four programs and is not a substitute for your signed agreement.

  • No refunds — under any circumstances. All fees paid or payable for any coaching program are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and not subject to chargeback or setoff. Once funds are collected, they are collected, and the client remains responsible for the full agreed amount.
  • Down payment to secure enrollment. The Build It Right Intensive requires a $1,500 down payment. The Coaching Blueprint, NEMT Solutions, and Empire Builder programs each require a $5,000 down payment. These amounts apply unless Coach Willena McGee and the client have agreed to alternative terms in writing.
  • Payment plans. Where a payment plan is offered, the schedule, balance, and consequences of missed payments are set out in your signed service agreement. The full balance remains owed regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.
  • Payment method. Payment method is agreed between Coach Willena McGee and the client at enrollment and confirmed in the signed service agreement.
  • Why this policy exists. Enrollment reserves Coach Willena McGee's time, resources, and proprietary frameworks specifically for the client. Once that time and capacity are committed, they cannot be reclaimed or resold.
  • Access on default. Failure to make payments under your agreed schedule may result in suspension of access to sessions, replays, community, and course materials, without relieving the client of the remaining balance owed.

5. Live Events, Workshops & One-Off Sessions

Tickets and registrations for live events, workshops, masterclasses, or paid one-off strategy sessions are non-refundable unless we cancel or reschedule the event, in which case you'll be offered a credit or refund at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting us is a breach of these terms and your signed agreement. If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy, you will remain liable for the disputed amount plus our reasonable costs of contesting the chargeback, including attorneys' fees.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an Academy membership, request to stop future financing payments on the Intensive, or otherwise communicate about your billing, email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and the email address used at purchase
  • The product or program you're contacting us about
  • The reason for your request (helpful but optional)

We aim to respond within two (2) business days.

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising under this Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina. At our election, disputes may first be submitted to confidential mediation in Richland County. See our Terms & Conditions for full dispute-resolution provisions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect refund terms of programs purchased under a prior version.
